5. Bonuses & Promotions

- After receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
- A user may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
- A maximum bet limit applies to wagers placed with bonus balance (typically ৳500 per bet).

- Bonus abuse — including arbitrage or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is a punishable offence.
Wagering Requirement Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 20x, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
6. Game Rules

- All games run on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring completely random outcomes.
- If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be voided and your bet will be refunded.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches for gain is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.

- Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change — confirm before placing your bet.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions mlhdis strictly prohibited on. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds:

- Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or loopholes in the game system.
- Money laundering or any form of suspicious financial activity.

- Harassing or threatening other players.

- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations. You may also close your account at any time — contact our support team to do so.
